User Journey Mapping Workshop with Big Motive

I had a workshop with Big Motive related to user journey mapping and had a conversation with Ioana, a lecturer at Ulster university. I asked her about her day and she asked me about mine. Through doing this we were both able to create user journey maps for our day and identify the high points and the low points.

Ioana asked me multiple questions which helped me come to multiple reasonings as to why I don’t like doing the food shop:

She then came up with multiple solutions:

Solution 1 had to be expensive: Drone delivery

Solution 2 had to be something I could do tomorrow: Click and Collect
